Shipping Time.  The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location and the particular time of year.  Customers should expect a 3-7 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods.  Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible.  In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customers


Damaged Shipments.  The freight company should be contacted for damaged shipments claims due to handling.  Upon receipt of an order and it is noticed that a carton(s) are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.  If the package damage is noticed after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage in order to file a claim.  The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects.  If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service department for instructions.  Do not return products to them without first calling to receive instructions.  If an item is to be returned due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number.  No packages will be accepted by them without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Buyer Responsibilities.  Buyers are responsible for all transportation cost, state sales taxes (where applicable) and insurance.  Periodically the manufacturer will advertise a product for free shipping but unless stated the buyer is responsible for these cost.

 

 


Return Merchandise Policy.  Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from the manufacturer’s return department.  For questions about returning merchandise contact the manufacturers Customer Service and ask for their Return Department.  The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee, at their discretion.  No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.  No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment.  Once a return is authorized by their return department you should:

1.       Return the item to the address given to you by their return department.

2.       Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

3.       Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.  Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Services (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $ 100.00 should be insured.  The manufacture cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does reach their return department.

The manufacturer will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once they have received and processed the returned item.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of their receiving your return.

The manufacturer can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of their error.  You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on their part.  The manufacturer is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.  The limit of their liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
